Just wanted to drop a little line to the best husband that a gal could have! Happy 11th Anniversary Dale, I love you! I can't believe it has been 11 years since that beautiful day in March 2001. Since that time we added 2 beautiful babies to our family and I thank you for them with every thread of my being! You are my best friend and my rock, I don't know what I would do without you in my life! You work so hard for me and our family and I don;t think that I give you enough credit for it. Sometimes we get so caught up in the busy, everyday activities that we forget to acknowledge the people who mean the most to us. You are the best father to our children and I hope that one day when they are fathers themselves that they remember all the things that you do and have done for all of them! I am so proud of you and Britt working hard to get Cook and Sons up and going, this was the way it was meant to be! I am the most fortunate woman in the world because you picked me!! I love you Grumpy and can't wait to spend the 11 years with you and the next 11 and the next 11...................
Love,
Sneezy
P.S.
You are THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!

Daddy and 2 of the 4!
Over the years, I have watched Dale play with many children. The most precious sight though is seeing him with our kids! Thank the Good Lord above, I was blessed with a man that isn't above rolling around in the floor with his babies! From Britt and Jackson to the newest Clete and Tripp, he loves his children and isn't afraid to show it! Here are a few precious pics from our playtime tonight!

Busy little Cooks!
Wow!! We have been sooooo busy over the last few weeks! I don't think that I have even thought of picking up my camera! Here is a little rundown:
I had the Kids Clothes Connection going on. Not only did I consign clothes, but I also was a volunteer. We did pretty good this sale, I made .80 over what my goal was!!!
We opened Cook and Sons Concrete Construction!!! Funny I didn't remember my brain getting sucked dry the last time we opened a business. I guess maybe having 2 small children while running around this time might have something to do with it! However, the business is doing great!! It's pretty amazing how 1 phone call and a facebook post can boost you back up. Dale also renewed relationships with a couple of contacts from the previous business to let them know we are up and running again, they are very happy to have their "concrete man" back!!! Wish us luck!
We also celebrated MiMi's birthday at the lake a couple of weekends ago! My hubby cooked up some awesome chicken and pork chops on the grill with his homemade BBQ sauce.
This week I have been taking care of sick children! Clete came down with it 1st, then Britt. Thankfully when we went to the Dr. with Britt we received the correct diagnosis: Mono!! We also found out that Mono is one of the most commonly misdiagnosed illnesses in little ones. It is very often misdiagnosed as RSV!! Thank goodness I am a responsible parent and didn't rush to send Clete back to school after a couple of days!! No wonder the stuff spreads like wildfire, parents that think their children have RSV send them back out into the world when there symptoms ease up not knowing that they are still spewing forth the highly contagious germs!!! Hopefully all will be back to normal next week!!
Tripp by the way is trying to be mobile!! In true Tripp fashion, he is crawling BACKWARDS!!!! He is so stinking cute!!

A Day at the Ballfield
Today was a perfect day for a ballgame! Jackson had a double header in Valley, so Dale, Clete and Tripp piled into the car with MiMi, Pop and Granny and off to the ballfield they went. I couldn't go because I had to fill some of my volunteer hours for the Kids Clothes Connection. BOOOOOOO!!!! Little Tripp is definitely a COOK!! Hanging out at the ballfield with all his little baseball stuff! MiMi said that he never uttered a cross sound the whole time they were gone! Hopefully I will be able to make the next game!
