UMMMMM that was some good eating!

Last night we started the great debate about what to fix for dinner!  All the sudden Dale jumps up, gets his hat and tells me that he will be right back!  About 30 minutes later he returned with several bags full of groceries and tells everybody to get out of HIS kitchen while he cooks dinner!  This was the result:

Everyone knows that cooking is a passion of mine! Dale has really gotten into cooking as well! He just went to the grocery store and made it up as he went along! Excellent Baby!! The food was fantabulous!!  So proud of my  chef!

                                                                                                                                     Menu: Pork chops, rolled thin, stuffed with spinach and sour cream and covered with Panko breadcrumbs, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese 

  Served on: a bed of pasta with a tomato basil sauce

 With: fresh zucchini, sauteed in olive oil with a dash of salt and pepper 

 On the side: buttered garlic bread
