Well, we are still in the middle of Deer season. Seems it does not end until January 31. Yesterday Dale took Britt and a neighbor hunting. Somewhere around 5:15, Britt shot a spike. I think a spike is a male deer that is around 1 year old, any how it has 1 antler growing from its head. He was so proud of his prize. He killed his first deer 7 years ago, so for him this ends a long streak. I went outside last night and there on the side porch was the partial skull of a deer including the antlers. Britt is all excited and I am sure will want to go hunting everyday until the end of the season now in hopes of another kill. Way to go Britt!! Good luck!
